Ordering - A 50%
non-refundable deposit is payable in advance (unless goods are
faulty and replacement is not required) and balance due, paid
before goods are dispatched. If an order is cancelled within 7
days a full refund of deposit will be paid. If an order is
cancelled later than seven days your deposit will not be
refunded, unless there are mitigating circumstances. If this
situation arises for any reason please do not hesitate to
contact us.
As goods are
made to order NO REFUNDS are given unless said goods are
faulty. The fault cannot be anything associated with size of
garments. PLEASE BE VERY SURE OF YOUR MEASUREMENTS WHEN YOU
ORDER - GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO MEASURE YOU PROPERLY.

Goods will be
refunded when received back within 14 days of receipt and refund
reference quoted. Reference number available by contacting
All About The Dress on our customer support line 01466
701093 and stating the nature of the problem. We have strict
quality controls in place but through human nature sometimes
things can be missed. In that event we will do our very best to
rectify the problem and replace the goods, or give a full refund
(less postage).
This does not
affect your statutory rights.
